Memorial Day

On Memorial Day, Mark and I had a BBQ at my moms house. I pretty much elected Mark as the cook for the day. He is such an amazing cook, I thought it would be nice for everyone to taste it. He made chicken and beef kabobs that were fantastic! We had so much fun putting them together. Kennedy and Caroline seemed to have fun building the kabobs. Thanks you two for helping. We made the BBQ an open invite so anyone could come. We had quite a few people over but not close to everyone. Mark's daughter Miranda came with her family, Hillary and Jason came, Heather and Mica came, Mom, and Kennedy and Caroline helped with the kabobs. Maybe next year everyone will come. Can you imagine the crowd if everyone was together at the same time.... CRAZY!!!!

Here is the Leiendecker Family, Todd, Landen, Amber, Kyle, Aaron, Kainoah, Miranda, and Keaghan. Mark and Sawyer finished the photo.
Isn't he so precious! This is Landen wide awake and enjoying the day.

Sawyer is always on the move. He has NO fear! He is now climbing up the slide.

Daddy and Sawyer. I love you both!

Kyle and Aaron teasing the other kids. We had so much fun with these boys!

Hillary, Jason and Davis, company that we always have fun with. WE LOVE YOU GUYS!

We love this picture.

Apparently Chase always makes funny faces in his photos. He is so silly! I took this hoping to get a normal smile. Better luck next time I guess. Bailey does look beautiful though.

Kennedy spent the entire day with Sawyer. He loves her so much, but who doesn't. She gives him a kiss as they are leaving. Caroline is right behind her. Sawyer loves you to Caroline. Thanks for being such great cousins.

All the families played together.

Doesn't Grandma Taunnie look beautiful! Thanks mom for having us all over. We love you!

Davis is so handsome. His baby blue eyes take your breath away! Sawyer and Davis love playing together. READY, SET, GO!!!!

Kainoah looks so sweet as she looks out for everyone on her ship.

Keaghan gets ready to slide down. But of course, GRANDMA makes him stop for a photo. Yes it's true, I'm a grandma!!!

Thanks to everyone who joined us on Memorial Day. We had so much fun!!! Does anyone want to have a cook off with Mark? You choose what to cook and we will be there. I think we should start an Iron Chef or Throwdown! What do you think?

It's always nice to have family visit

We were so excited when Miranda called to ask if her family could come visit for a couple days. Todd had some work to do with the police department up here, so we had a couple days of fun with their family(we were missing Todd's kids, they had school). I didn't get many pictures which is such a shame. Sawyer had so much fun playing with Keaghan, Kainoah, and Landen. We went to the park (it lasted 10minutes because it was freezing), Keaghan taught Sawyer how to build ships with his Lego's, they played cars, we went to McDonald's Playland, and of course everyone played at the gym. Worst of all I don't have any pictures of Landen! He is 7 weeks old and a beautiful baby, just like his mother. Todd made stuffed chicken for dinner one night, it was amazing! That is definitely one meal Mark will be learning how to master! Thanks Todd! Thanks you guys for coming up to visit, we had so much fun! We love you so much and hope you will come again soon!

Sawyer and Kainoah on the tramps!

Thank you Todd and Miranda for bringing some of the family up. We love you and will see you soon! Come up any time. PLEASE!!!

Rodeo time

Sawyer went to his first rodeo last weekend... Now who doesn't like rodeos?!!! The people in Pocatello are very diverse. One of our team girls has a brother who is a bull rider for the local high school team. We spent the day with the Anderson Family. We watched all the behind the scenes of the Rodeo since Houston Anderson coaches his son (Houston was a terrific bull rider himself). Sawyer loved petting the goats, looking at the bulls, and watching the cows. He really wanted to pet them but they weren't interested. Hadlee (Anderson) and Adri are always so great with Sawyer. Thanks so much for playing with him. He always has so much fun with you both. Unfortunately, Wacey, Hadlee's brother was bucked off and the bull stepped on his calf. He is doing fine but has a major hoof mark on his calf.

Here are some pictures of the rodeo. Hadlee and Adri were helping Sawyer pet the steers!!!!

We had so much fun spending the day with the Andersons at the rodeo. We are so excited for the next one. Maybe we have future bull rider on our hands.....

Sawyer's first hair cut

We are so lucky to have a hairstylist in the family. Aunt Hillary gave Sawyer his first hair cut this last weekend. Sawyer had a small comb over and the cutest curl in the back, but it was time. He was a trooper! He sat on Davis's truck and held still for most of the time. Isn't that amazing! I will admit it was hard to see his long strands of hair go. Hillary you did a great job! We owe you some gym classes for cutting his hair. Thank you!!!

Helmet heads

These boys are so funny! Sawyer and Jr found the roller blades and helmets the older kids had been wearing. I guess they thought it was their turn.

Here is Jr...Here is Sawyer...
I guess they are both ready...

A cute picture of Jr, Sawyer and Davis

A weekend with the cousins

Last weekend Sawyer and I went to Salt Lake. Haley and the kids flew from Cleveland to see Katie's new baby, so we met up with them. We had such a wonderful time. On Sunday there was a point in the day where all 16 grandchildren where at grandma Taunnie's house. It was CRAZY!!!!! We were all so excited that they could come into town. We miss them so much. Mitch is taller than everyone and he's only 10, Ali is a sweet heart as always. Haley is doing great and busy with her photography class and being a nanny. It was so great to see them. We will be out to visit next month. We love you!
